The USAHEC is not able to proctor tests. However, Soldiers stationed at Carlisle Barracks or across the state can take advantage of an array of services at the Carlisle Barracks Education Center which include but are not limited to -- career and educational counseling, testing services, college transcript evaluations, GI Bill and Veterans Affairs information to include transferring Post 9/11 GI Bill benefits and using benefits, Federal Tuition Assistance Program counseling to include navigating the GoArmyEd portal and requesting Tuition Assistance, financial aid counseling, in and out-processing of the installation, and educational benefits briefings.
