How long does it take to receive a response to my research request?
Our staff typically responds to research requests within 2-3 business days. However, the time it takes to receive a response may vary depending on the complexity of your request and the availability of our staff.
How do I follow up on my research request?
If you have not received a response to your research request within 5 business days, you can follow up by contacting the USAHEC at AskRidgway@usawc.library.com
