The USAHEC provides procurement assistance for textbooks and other materials by faculty or ed tech request. Due to government procurement regulations and processes, submit your requests 12 weeks prior to the required date.

Our team will request a price quote from our vendor, and send you the GPC PRA form for department signature after which your order will be processed.
Why does it take 12 weeks for a book order? All orders of textbooks are procured utilizing a BPA (Bulk Purchase Agreement) and are subject to availability. Given the nature of the books and the quantities required, it may require the publishers to make limited print runs or the books may need to be sourced from multiple vendors.
What about out of print books? Please avoid selecting out of print books as they are very hard to acquire in larger quantities in suitable condition.
